Oppenheim v. Finch

This action was brought by the claimant, Rena Sklar Oppenheim, against the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, pursuant to § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 USC § 405(g), to obtain judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary denying her application for disability insurance benefits under §§ 216(i) and 223 of the Act, 42 USC §§ 416(i) and 423. On January 15, 1973, the district court entered an order affirming the Secretarys position, and this appeal followed. We vacate and remand for further inquiry.
