Oregon v. Barnes

Defendant was found guilty of unlawfully obtaining public assistance under ORS 411.630. She claims that the trial court erred in refusing to grant her motion to dismiss the indictment on the ground that prosecution was barred by the statute of limitations. We reverse the judgment of conviction.
