Oregon v. Zelinka

Defendant appeals his conviction, following a jury trial, for three counts of murder by abuse, ORS 163.115(1)(c), and criminal mistreatment. ORS 163.205(1)(a). Defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment with a mandatory minimum term of 25 years. We affirm the convictions and remand for merger of the murder by abuse convictions and for resentencing.
