Oscar Ahlstrom v. Minneapolis

Action in the district court for Hennepin county for personal injuries allegedly caused by the negligence of defendant company and its agents. The case was tried before Levi M. Hall, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict for plaintiff for $275,000. Defendant appealed from an order denying its alternative motion for judgment or a new trial.
