Descripción editorial

TAFT, J. The first question raised is whether the relationship between defendant and plaintiffs parents was that of landlord and tenant. On this question, it is appellants contention that plaintiff's parents were not tenants of the ""dwelling"" which they occupied but were instead licensees in that dwelling for a consideration, or lodgers therein as distinguished from tenants thereof.
