When he did this the second time he was caught by the witch. In exchange the witch seized their newborn child and took her away to live in a high tower from where she could not escape. The witch named the girl Rapunzel which means Rampion. The witch would climb the tower by telling Rapunzel to let down her hair. A Prince learned of this and began visiting Rapunzel this way. When the witch found out she moved Rapunzel and confronted the Prince. Read this enchanted tale to find out how the story ends.
