The Court entered its order this date in the referenced proceeding whereby State's Motion to Modify Majority Opinion was GRANTED in part and OVERRULED in part. Pursuant to Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure 50, the Court's Opinion of November 2, 1999 is hereby withdrawn and this substituted therefor. Appellant's Petition for Discretionary Review, filed December 27, 1999, is dismissed.
