Roell v. Boise City

Following remand from this Court in Roell v. Boise City, 130 Idaho 199, 938 P.2d 1237 (1997) (Roell I), the district court ordered Boise City to pay William Roell (Roell) $604.00, for the conversion of property. Roell appealed the district courts decision. This Court affirms the decision of the district court.
