S.D. v. Department of Children and Family Services

An appeal from the Circuit Court of Dade County, Mark King Leban, Judge. S. D. [Mother] appeals a final judgment which granted the petition of the Florida Department of Children and Families [DC&F], and terminated S.D.'s parental rights as to L.R. The trial court entered a well thought out final judgment which clearly sets forth the grounds and reasons for this most difficult of decisions.
