As a wife, mother and grandmother, college graduate and retired government employee for a large school district; I have seen women and girls, battered, misused and abused. I’ve witnessed babies having babies and the institution called family destroyed.  And because of this, it is extremely difficult for me to continue to watch young girls release so much negative energy. 


Life’s circumstances and choices have somehow become chaotic and out of control. However, this little book centers around relief, escape and freedom from pain ONLY when you come into the knowledge of how important you are to yourself, your personal belief and your moral values. It has to be either Your Man, “Your Boo” or God’s promise. Why not God’s promise? He does not see you for who you are right now but He see what you will become. There is a call out there that hinges on your self-worth. You are the queen of the earth and God is calling on you to refuse the nature of any emotional and physical ties that will not allow you to rise up. You are all my babies and no matter what cards life has dealt you, get up and redefine who you are. Get up and clothe yourselves in righteousness and allow God to take you by the hand and catapult you into your divine destiny.


This self-help book is to encourage young girls and women to rise up from the society-dictated beliefs about body image to become strong in their convictions of self, brought forth through Jesus’ sacrifice.
