It is more of an art than a science to lead a school in creative and inspiring ways. A variety of colors and brush styles represent the varied strengths different members of the team bring to making a school something special. We are well past the time that the presence of computers and other technology by itself somehow conveyed something distinctively positive about a school. When we thought these things before, we were missing the more valuable questions that can make the very important choice of a school something that would frame a child's hopes and decisions for decades to come. The better questions cover how we use what we have, how we share the stories of our successes, and how we as a team of educators build a culture of exploration for everyone.
