924 P.2d 1071 (Colo. App. 1995), when it affirmed the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the City of Longmont
(Longmont) in an action brought by U S WEST Communications, Inc. (U S WEST). U S WEST challenged the validity of a Longmont
ordinance.
