[U] State v. Pesina

Lazaro Pesina was convicted of methamphetamine possession and delivery. On appeal he challenges the trial courts decisions to exclude cross-examination regarding an informants drug use and to admit portions of an alibi witnesss calendar organizer as impeachment evidence. We find no abuse of the trial courts discretion, and affirm.
