OPINION BY SENIOR JUDGE RODGERS FILED: May 20, 1996 Ulysses Coates (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which reversed the decision of the referee and found Claimant ineligible for benefits under Section 404 of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law). 1 We reverse.
