Ulysses Sheared v. State Delaware

1) On August 29, 1990, the Court received the appellants untimely notice of appeal from the Superior Courts order dated and docketed by the Prothonotary on July 26, 1990 denying the appellants motion for reduction of sentence. Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 6, a timely notice of appeal was due to be filed within thirty days of the docketing of the order appealed from or by August 27, 1990.
