Descripción editorial

Defendant-Appellant, Anthony Gilliam ("Gilliam"), appeals his sentence following a guilty plea to charges of attempting to possess with intent to distribute a total of approximately 1.5 kilograms of cocaine. Gilliam argues on appeal that the district court erred in imposing upon him a two-level enhancement for "abuse of a position of trust" pursuant to U.S.S.G. § 3B1.3. For the reasons set forth below, we AFFIRM the district courts enhancement of Gilliams sentence by two levels for abuse of a position of trust.
