This petition for the writ of certiorari is the result of a judgment rendered by the Circuit Court of Montgomery County denying petitioner, the United States of America, the right to recover on behalf of the Veterans Administration certain costs incurred by the latter in the treatment of an employee of defendant below, Bear Brothers Ins.
