KEITH, Circuit Judge. Plaintiff United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company ("USF&G") appeals from the district court's order of October 30, 1990, to realign the parties in this action and to dismiss the case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. For the reasons set forth below, we AFFIRM.
