United States Smelting v. Local Boundary

In this appeal we are asked to decide numerous questions generated by the role the Local Boundary Commission played in the annexation by the city of Nome of United State Smeltings properties. we have determined that the superior courts order dismissing United States Smeltings action for declaratory judgment should be reversed with directions to enter a declaratory judgment decreeing the annexation in question to be invalid and of no effect.
