United States V. 1 291.83 Acres Of Land

This is an appeal from a decision of the District Court sitting without a jury. The property in question was condemned on July 27, 1966, by the Government of the United States, for use in connection with the Green River Reservoir Flood Control project. The owners, Raymond and Cora Faulkner, challenge the District Court's determination that their 193 acres of land had a value of $420 per acre, or $81,060.
