United States v. Eychaner

MEMORANDUM Herbert M. Eychaner appeals the sentence imposed following his guilty plea to two counts of abusive sexual contact in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2244(a)(1). The district court had jurisdiction under 18 U.S.C. §§ 1152 and 2244, and we have jurisdiction under 18 U.S.C. § 3742. We affirm.
