Descripción editorial

Appellant Apolunio Felix entered a conditional guilty plea to one count of conspiring to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1), and one count of using a firearm in connection with a drug trafficking crime, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c). He appeals the district court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence, which was based on the purported unconstitutionality of a search warrant, a warrantless search, and his arrest. He also appeals the court's refusal to accept a guilty plea specifying the sentence to be imposed. The district court had jurisdiction under 18 U.S.C. § 3231. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm.
