James Henry Ferguson appeals the district courts denial of his motion for a judgment of acquittal. Convicted by a jury on two counts of attempt to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, Ferguson contends that there was insufficient evidence to have submitted the case to the jury so that the district court erred in denying his motion for acquittal. We affirm.
