Descripción editorial
Per Curiam. Robert Frazier pled guilty to two counts of violating 15 U.S.C. § 645 -- making false statements to the Small Business Administration. The trial judge sentenced him to two years imprisonment and three years probation. On appeal, Frazier challenges the validity of his sentence, arguing that it was based on inaccurate information contained in the presentence report.
