United States v. Hollingsworth

In January of 2004, Joshua Hollingsworth was indicted for being a felon in possession of a firearm. He later pled guilty and was sentenced to 77 months of incarceration. The sentence was at the low end of the Sentencing Guidelines range for Hollingsworths offense level and criminal history.
