Descripción editorial
[PUBLISHED] Submitted: February 10, 2003 A jury found Jose Luis Perez-Guerrero (""Perez"") guilty of conspiring to distribute more than 500 grams of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(b)(1)(A), and using a communication facility to facilitate the distribution of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b). The district court sentenced Perez to 300 months of imprisonment and 10 years of supervised release. Perez appeals the district court's order denying his motion to suppress evidence, and he appeals his sentence. For the reasons stated below, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
