Here souls are minted into coins for currency and an old fire-breathing dragon poses in human form as Colonel Wong Lee, Chinese Army Retired. Will this new adventure help stabilize the inter-dimensional interference between Hope, California, and the 4th dimension, or will this just mess things up even worse?
