Zeno v. State

ORDERED that the Petitioners motion for rehearing is granted. This courts opinion dated July 27, 2005, is withdrawn, and the attached opinion is issued in its place. The only changes to the opinion are to correct the courts inadvertent failure to grant relief on count two in addition to the other counts noted in the opinion and to update case cites. No further motions for rehearing will be entertained.
