I Wish You Weren't Going, But Since You Must..‪.‬

This is a tiny, inspirational, gift book of messages that offer hope and encouragement, advice and insight.  This book is meant to serve as a companion to a loved one who leaves home to begin a new phase in their life.


The parent can still positively impact the son or daughter during the times of their life with the messages sent along in this book.  Integrity, service, reading companions, legacy, are just a few of the subjects covered.  The messages will be there for the loved one, when the parent cannot be.


The author, Tom Bart, was born and raised in Minnesota.   He earned a master’s degree in Education from the University of Minnesota and worked as a training specialist in Tennessee for many years for a Fortune 500 company.


In 2014, the author released his first book, The Challenged Life.  In the pages of The Challenged Life, the author sought to spread the good news of leading an active and engaged life to an increasingly passive and sedentary, American public. 


Now, with the release of this second book, I Wish You Weren’t Going, But Since You Must…, the author goes one step further.  He provides messages of encouragement that parents can send along to their children, as their loved ones leave home to begin lives and challenges of their own making.
