Kid Detectives

Set in the small Australian town of Seaspray on the Ninety Mile Beach, the story revolves around the adventures of five playmates who meet annually for their summer holidays. It is a time when there are no electronic devices and television has not arrived. The five kids—Lennie, Peter, Rosemary, Tim, and Bridie—make their own fun swimming, fishing, and playing hide-and-seek in the sand dunes. For the kids, it is like any other summer or Christmas holiday till they encounter a black rubber dinghy with four sinister occupants with a mysterious heavy hessian sack!
