Lament of the Fallen Paladin

Paladins are often viewed by many to be paragons of virtue and righteous skill. Everyone, from Commonfolk to Soldiers, to Kings and more look up to them for their relentless pursuit of taking the fight directly to evil, and showing that good will always triumph in the end.

However, what happens when a Paladin falls and meets their untimely end? Jeanne was one such Paladin. Trained by her Mentor and Friend in the Paladin arts of War and Healing she was the apple of her parent's eyes and the righteous sword of retribution against a darkness that casted a shadow over her Kingdom.

Now, a former husk of what she once was, she fights against her inner woes to do what she still feels is right. Will she though, succumb in the end?
