Living with Bipolar

I have decided to write my story with the intension that it might help someone else that’s been struggling to get help with depression/anxiety, bipolar disorder or addiction.

It’s been a difficult decision to make as I live in a relatively small town, and I know it won’t take long for the word to get around! Also, I have two businesses which I really don’t want to suffer as we’ve just gone through the COVID19, corona virus years which have been really tough on my businesses, along with many others. We’ve managed to keep going so far so that’s a bonus.

So here we go, lets find out all about addiction, OCD and being diagnosed as with bipolar disorder at nearly sixty years old!.
