Maggie McGuire was assigned to work with Nick on the short term project in the Mountains of Montana and a permanent relationship was not possible. As their passion for each other grew, the contract ended forcing them apart and returning them to their former lives.

Now two former project members have conspired to bring them together with intent to do them harm. Unless they can remember each other in time and prevent a tragedy.

Nick Wentworth has a private security business and is on a cruise ship with his business partner when a woman calls his name and asks for his help. After providing her with help he asks her how she knows his name. 

"I must have overheard you speaking with someone, I don't know you, and if you will excuse me, I want to go to my room." The gorgeous woman turns on her heel and walks away, leaving Nick to solve the mystery of her identity.
