Antonio Canova is a famous short story by James Arthur Baldwin. The story is about a little boy whose name is Antonio Canova. His father died, that's why he lives with his grandfather who is very poor. The boy is crazy about  making a little statue of soft clay. Once Antonio Canova and his grandfather go to the Count's great house, where the boy helps his grandpa to wash the dishes. Suddenly there is a crash in the dining room, and a man rushes into the kitchen with some pieces of marble in his hands.
