Bicycle Diaries

In a desperate effort to help save his son from crippling drug abuse, the author recounts his own youthful struggle with drugs, and how a cross-country bicycle trip helped him overcome them.


After rediscovering his 30 year-old journal of that trip, with photos taken along the way, the author assembles an account that is intended to help his son.  The results are astonishing.
