Children of the Sun: Season One

Arisyar, goddess of light, is supposed to protect the people of Loak'Sorna from the horrors of the world. Especially the Sisters and Brothers, who have dedicated their lives to the service of her and protection of her faithful. 

Yet when Josin and the rest of her group of missionaries are captured by a band of warriors from a land that was supposed to be their allies, the power of the goddess is nowhere to be found. 

If she is going to survive, Josin will have to put her trust not in the absent goddess's intervention, but in the Brothers she barely knows. More importantly, she will have to find faith in herself as she is forced to stand alone against the naked night.
