Dear reader! You hold in your hands a cocktail book by Heinar Õispuu and Kristo Tomingas, Estonia’s spirited competition barmen. This book is mainly for professional use by barmen who plan to put their skills to the test in competitions. Inside you will find good ideas for preparing yourself, advice for working out competition recipes, and hints for garnishing your drinks. Heinar and Kristo opened their own cocktail bar named Butterfly in Tallinn in October of 2010. The following year already, this cosy establishment was rated as the number two cocktail bar in the Baltic countries in the Drink International magazine ranking chart.
