When I found Celeste in my rooms, when I saw how she was attached to Quinn… I ran.

I couldn't stay behind and watch my best friend, my lover, marry someone else. A someone that could never be me.

His mother's determination to have him coupled and raising babies has always been exhausting, but now that we're all of an age it's become downright obsessive.

I thought it would be easier to leave.

It wasn't.

The discovery of someone long thought dead set me on a path of terror and pain. One I may recover from physically, but mentally… that's something else altogether.

Coming home to Quinn and Celeste is different now, feels impossible.

But finding a home with them would be the first step to healing.
