Gardens of Japan

This is the second book in a series that visually explores some of the beautiful gardens in Japan. A purpose of the gardens was to progressively reveal aspects of the garden to the viewer. As a result the gardens are a paradise for a visual artist. They are intended to be looked at, enjoyed, contemplated, admired and be inspirational. In this book a minimum of words are used to set the context, after that the images hopefully speak for themselves. A reference list at the end of the book has some useful resources.
