Live From Up There

What do you do when your career is over, your best days are behind you, and suddenly you're offered a ticket to space?

Miles Burry is a washed-up 1990s comedy star, surviving on nostalgia, small roles and the occasional corporate appearance. Then, through a bizarre chain of events, he's sent into orbit to become the unlikely face of a daily live broadcast to Earth.

Five professional astronauts aren't thrilled about having a comedian in their midst. But Miles soon discovers that something isn't quite right aboard the station. Locked areas, strange behavior and questions that nobody seems willing to answer leave him wondering why he's really there.

As the cameras keep rolling and the distance from Earth grows, the jokes become harder to tell and the mystery harder to ignore.

Live From Up There is a science fiction comedy thriller about fame, ego and paranoia, where the most unlikely person on the station may be the one who notices what everyone else has missed
