Spanish 1 for Professionals

Spanish 1 for Professionals is a unique way of introducing students to both cultural and language learning while incorporating vocabulary and grammar that relates to the various professions such as medical, education, and workforce.  It also contains activities and projects that prepare students for sections required on the Advanced Placement Exam such as the oral presentation and email.  Chapter 6 introduces the numbers 1-billion, time and a few basic math problems incorporating them into a reading about a typical school day.
