Constipation

"Everyone's favorite subject, I know. This is an important topic to shed some light on. I will discuss the many ramifications, both short and long term, of not eliminating regularly. I will paint an interesting picture of some of the causes and offer some solutions. All the while, I keep it light and even a little entertaining."
