08/29/95 Commonwealth Pennsylvania V. Gary Lee

This is an automatic direct appeal to the Supreme Court from the judgment of sentence of death imposed upon appellant, *fn1 Gary Lee Starr, by the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division. For the reasons set forth below, we vacate the trial court's judgment of sentence and remand the matter to the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas for a new trial.
