12 Seasons of Excellence

12 Seasons of Excellence defines twelve seasons of life, and approaches to take in the goal to achieve outstanding success in every area of life. Each season relates to people’s life experiences, associating the content well with biblical insight and personal advice.


Francis-‘Yinka concentrates each chapter on the featured season and theme in the chapter, highlighting aspects of the stories of Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego to demonstrate these seasons emerging in people’s lives. From preparing for seasons of opportunity to partnering with others, you will understand the need for excellence and aligning with God to obtain it.


Francis-‘Yinka Ajala has the natural compassion, calling and anointing of a teacher. This he deploys by the grace of God in the teaching ministry. He has an undying passion that the word of God be taught without compromise to empower the body, spirit and soul of individuals. He is a senior Human Resource Practitioner, certified coach and founder of Trustbridge Academy. He co-hosts the annual youth conference “Transformed” and MOET (Moment of Excellence with TOYINKA) - a relationship and leadership based events in the United Kingdom with his wife Oluwatoyin Mercy.
