Alfie Mellinger v. Idaho Department

Alfie Mellinger, an inmate at the Idaho State Correctional Institution (ISCI), appeals a decision of the district court which affirmed a magistrates order denying relief on Mellingers petition for a writ of habeas corpus. In the petition, Mellinger raised issues relating to work release and parole. We affirm for the reasons explained below.
