Alfonso Sanchez v. George M. Waldrup

Action in the Ramsey County District Court for personal injuries and property damage allegedly sustained by plaintiff as the result of the negligence of defendant. The case was tried before Edward D. Mulally, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict for plaintiff for $18,000. Defendant appealed from an order denying his alternative motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial.
