Alfred L. Solomon v. State Indiana

After a bench trial Gerald Casselman was convicted of resisting law enforcement, as Class A misdemeanor. Our consideration of the first issue raised by Casselman attacking the sufficiency of the evidence requires that we reverse his conviction.[Footnote 1]
