Alfred Ohrmann v. Chicago and North

Action in the district court for Steele county to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff in a collision at a crossing between the truck of defendant Darrell Mosher, in which plaintiff was riding, and one of defendant railway companys trains. The case was tried before Axel B. Anderson, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict of $15,400 for plaintiff against both defendants. From an order denying its alternative motion for judgment or a new trial, defendant railway company appealed.
