Descrição da editora

Defendant was not negligent in placing wire alongside entrance to its building. Plaintiff, a tenant in defendant's apartment building, stumbled and fell over a post and wire placed alongside the entrance walk to the building near the door to protect shrubbery on a strip of ground adjoining the walk. The entrance walk and door were safe and sufficient, and the space was sufficiently lighted. The evidence was not sufficient to sustain a finding of negligence on the part of the defendant, and the order granting judgment for defendant was proper.
