Alice Doria v. Texas Department Human Resources

Alice Doria appeals from a judgment of the trial court which terminated her parental rights over two of her four children, D. D. and S. D., and which appointed the Texas Department of Human Services as the managing conservator of the children. We reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand for a new trial.
